The Synergym fitness chain has commissioned Grup Idea to open a new gym in the city of Terrassa, in the Universitat area. This is one of the premises that continues the brand’s expansion in Spain, accompanied by Grup Idea.
The project consisted of the comprehensive transformation of the ground floor of an industrial warehouse into a fully operational gym for Synergym. The work involved converting a raw, open-plan space into a fully functional fitness centre, incorporating all the necessary facilities for its activity and ensuring the demanding standards of comfort, acoustics and energy efficiency required by our client, Synergym.
Grup Idea’s services for this project included the feasibility report, the executive architecture and engineering project, project management, obtaining building and activity permits and the legalisation of facilities. In addition to construction management to ensure all final finishes.
