The PEPCO firm has entrusted Grup Idea and Abessis with the implementation and construction of various commercial premises in Spain. Specifically, Grup Idea has developed the executive architectural and installation project, the processing of all permits and the construction management. Abessis, has carried out the integral management of the works.
In the commercial premises, the scope of the work ranged from all the installations to the execution of the façades, the interior layout and all the cladding. The premises are very large in surface area (700 to 1000m2) and present a light image due to their light-coloured ceilings and walls and large-format shop windows.
Among others, the shops located in CC Gran Vía in Alicante, Parque Comercial El Sauce in Elche, CC Las Arenas in Barcelona, Vilagarcía de Arousa, Valencia Avda Constitución or Valencia Av. Burjassot have been completed. We are currently accompanying the client in its expansion process in Spain.
