Façonnable has entrusted Grup Idea with the implementation of its retail premises in France

The French brand Façonnable has entrusted Grup Idea and Abessis with the opening of its new shop located in the McArthurGlen Provence Outlet Village shopping centre in Miramas, in the south of France. Grup Idea has carried out the implementation project of the new shop while Abessis has been in charge of the site management and construction of the shop.

Specifically, Grup Idea has carried out the feasibility study, the drafting of the executive architectural and installations project, the processing of all permits and licences, and the construction management. Abessis, for its part, has carried out all the management of the work (budgets, contracting and materials) and of the staff to guarantee total success until the opening day.

The French men’s ready-to-wear brand first set up shop on the Côte d’Azur in 1950. Its collection is inspired by the typical lifestyle of this region between the Mediterranean and the hinterland of Nice, and features bright and colourful garments with a smart casual style. Grup Idea and Abessis accompany the brand with work in new locations in France.
